13、If the buyer fails to click “I have paid” in time, the order will be cancelled or mistakenly cancelled. After the order is cancelled, please promptly appeal the situation and submit the payment voucher. The platform will assist you.
14、The seller must confirm the receipt of the payment and correct it, and then click “confirm the received payment” to release the currency. If the money has been received and the money has not been received, please report the situation in time and the platform will assist you.
15、If you have not paid, you can cancel the transaction, do not pay after cancellation, if you have already paid, do not cancel. Failure to do so may result in damage, so be sure to check it again.
16、During the C2C transaction process, the loss caused by the following conditions shall be borne by the user.
1）The buyer fails to click "I have paid" in time, the order is cancelled over time or manually cancelled, resulting in losses;
2）Because the seller did not verify the actual collection situation, on the confirmation of the currency and caused by the loss;
3）Losses caused by multiple transfers/repeated transfers/wrong transfers due to user errors;
4）Because the merchant enters the wrong price when the bill, buys with the higher than the market price or sells with the lower than the market price but causes the loss.

18、During the C2C transaction process, the platform will have the right to limit your C2C transaction eligibility if you have multiple complaints or cancel your order multiple times for your own reasons.
19、In the C2C transaction process, after the order has generated an objection and the other party applied for arbitration and submitted relevant evidence, the platform has the right to provide your contact information to the claimant, and has the right to prohibit you from trading, withdrawing, etc.; If it fails to cooperate with and determines to cause losses to the other party, the platform has the right to decide to transfer the digital assets to the party providing sufficient evidence according to the favorable evidence submitted by the claimant, and permanently prohibit the C2C transaction of the respondent.
20、During the C2C transaction process, users who are unable to provide proof and provide false payment/receipt certificates due to violations of anti-money laundering laws, financial fraud, and illegal sources of funds will be permanently banned from C2C transactions.
